Devrim off, Ian up, Triton up
By admin • May 21st, 2008 • Category: 007, Devrim, HVB, Ian, TritonDevrim off a bunch, looks like about 8% from what I see now. Yuck. Been here plenty of times before, still I don’t enjoy it.
Had a great meeting with Ian today, all his trades have gone positive from when I started working with him. I am such a moron for cutting him off on the trades, and some blame goes to him. Anyways it’s over and we’re moving on and he sure seems real to me - these trades running positive (and in a big way too - long the Euro from 1.54ish - mid 1.57s now) just as he claims 90%+ win rate, and just like the statements and spreadsheets and all the meetings. He needs access to more pairs = more opportunity so we’re probably going to open with Citi and/or Saxo too - will be more opportunities for him to trade as they offer more trades than any platform he tells me. He’ll continue to trade PFG as well.
And on another great note Triton has a big day, up several percent - he’s also doing what he said and as the statements showed. Very excited about him as well. I love that he is a daytrader for the most aprt - carries some small positions for a few days but for the most part is flat by the end of the day. I think a combo Ian-Triton would be strong.
007 had their worst one-day today, off 4% or so I’m told, may be a good time to get in if you like buying drawdowns, plenty of people do that successfully.
HVB also off a little less than a percent.
Looking for new office space in Chicago got a nice spot with Regus ready to go, but if anybody has any ideas we’re open.
