Forex Risk Disclosure Statement

Forex (FX) trading carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. Forex can be traded with a high degree of leverage, which can work for you as well as against you, and it is possible to lose more than you invest. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose and do not need to support yourself or your family. You should carefully consider all risks involved with forex trading as well as your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance before investing. Forex is traded over-the-counter (OTC) and not on a regulated Exchange.

Managed Accounts and Sailboat Racing Next Week

I watch five managed futures accounts for a client - four of five of them are up over the last two months, which is about when I started watching them. Pretty impressive, some options sellers, some traders, one program I believe is soft closed. Anyways it’s fun to watch them run, if you’d like their names let me know, I’ll keep an eye on them, they look good and data is live on real money.

Devrim not much change, getting into some other pairs that aren’t dollar-related. Ian no trade.

UFX has everything ready at PFG, so will trade when he trades, we’ll see how he does. Worst drawdown 4.5% or so, we’ll cut him at 6%, he is fine with that.

Working with a Swiss group, may allocate to them as well, numbers look good.

HVB off a bit yesterday. He’s coming out with a new all-market strategy, backtesting looks good, we’ll see how it does when it goes live. Have confidence in him as his first strategy is up about 20% for me since I started with him, flat to down the last month or two.

I Will be out all next week. I’m racing in the 100th Chicago to Mackinac race, Leave Saturday, ideally will arrive sometime Monday. I’m racing on a J120 called the Valkyrie, if you want to track our progress up the lake every boat will have a transponder, all 436 of them. Exciting event. I’ll be spending the remainder of the week sailing in the North Channel of Lake Huron with my folks so will be out of touch all week most likely.
